Respond promptly to customer inquiries by email or telephone. Generate a detailed job order based on information provided by customer. Confirm that customer's project meets United States Postal Service requirements to insure project mailability. Keep client informed of any issues that may prevent the successful completion of their project. Must have excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills. Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Outlook, and Excel. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with ever changing priorities and deadlines. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and as a team player. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have at least two years of Customer Service or Administrative Assistant experience. Bulk Mail or Print Shop experience is a plus. * May accept knowledge of USPS Bulk Mail regulations and requirements in lieu of CSR or Administrative experience.
