We’re seeking dedicated electricians with a strong background in residential solar who are excited to grow alongside our team. We're considering all levels- apprentice, wireman, and journeyman electricians for the growing crews.
Responsibilities:
- Install, wire, and troubleshoot residential solar systems, batteries, and EV chargers.
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards.
- Collaborate with a team to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
- Represent V&E Services with professionalism and a customer-focused mindset.
What You Bring
- Apprentice: A willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
- Wireman: Valid Texas wireman license with residential solar experience.
- Journeyman: Valid Texas journeyman license and leadership abilities.
- Solar Experience: Required for Wireman and Journeyman roles.
- Dependability: Reliable transportation and a commitment to quality work.
- Team Player: We firmly believe you can teach anyone, any job, but you can't teach someone to have a good attitude. A collaborative attitude that fits our family-style culture is required.
