We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a fast-growing hybrid power technology startup located in Austin, TX. They design and build vehicle and mobile power solutions to help their clients run on clean energy, ending over-reliance on fossil fuels, and working towards a fully electric future. The collaborative team works in a fast-paced, innovative, and dynamic environment to solve energy challenges across a variety of industries.
The Marketing Coordinator will execute the company’s marketing strategy by creating and managing marketing assets, overseeing social media activities, and coordinating
marketing events. This role involves generating and qualifying leads, managing the
company website, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. The ideal
candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects
simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Support the VP of Growth with implementing long-term
marketing strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives. This includes
identifying key markets, customer segments, and messaging.
- Asset Creation and Management: Design and manage sales and marketing
collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets.
- Content Strategy and Lead the creation of a comprehensive content strategy that
includes blogs, white papers, case studies, and other materials to educate and
engage the target audience.
• Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies,
create and schedule posts, and engage with the online community.
- Advertisement Creation: Design and coordinate online and offline advertisements
to promote the company’s products and services.
- Drip Campaign Emails: Create, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns
to nurture leads and maintain customer engagement.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate logistics for marketing events, including
trade shows, webinars, and company-sponsored events.
- Event Attendance: Represent the company at various marketing events, ensuring a
strong presence and effective communication with potential clients.
- Lead Generation and Qualification: Generate marketing leads through various
campaigns and qualify them for the sales team.
- Customer Journey Mapping: Analyze and optimize the customer journey, ensuring
that every touchpoint is aligned with the company’s brand and objectives. This
includes improving the website experience, refining email campaigns, and
enhancing customer support.
- Website Management: Update and maintain the company website, ensuring it
reflects current branding and marketing initiatives.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize marketing analytics tools (Hubspot) to track
campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends. Use this data to
make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
- Branding Management: Maintain and enforce the company’s branding guidelines,
ensuring consistency across all marketing materials. Oversee the evolution of the
company’s brand as we enter and expand into new markets, ensuring it stays
relevant and appealing as the company scales.
- Partner Marketing: Collaborate with partners on joint marketing initiatives,
including co-branded campaigns, webinars, and events. Ensure that partner
marketing efforts are aligned with both companies' goals and that they drive mutual
success.
- Market Research and Expansion: Work with the VP of growth to research and
create market launch strategies for new markets, new regions, or new segments of
the market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or a related role.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite preferred) and website
management platforms (WordPress preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Travel Requirements:
- Occasionally travel for client meetings, industry events, or internal/partner events
as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
