Job Overview:
Minimum of four (4) years selling residential plumbing required. We are seeking a dynamic Residential Plumbing Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, plumbing, drains, sewer, jetting, repipes, and business development, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate revenue growth
- Manage and grow existing client accounts through effective account management strategies
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers
Experience:
- Proven experience in residential sales and residential service plumbing.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
