Job Purpose
The Sales Arborist at Blade Runner Landscape and Tree Service is responsible for building and implementing a Territory Sales Plan in conjunction with the company owner. This role involves diagnosing and providing on-site estimates, reviewing the scope of work with customers, and actively pursuing customer commitments to schedule services. The Sales Arborist will also identify additional work opportunities on neighboring properties and utilize sales process tools and technologies to streamline the customer experience. Maintaining arborist certification through continuing education is also required.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction through constant communication and daily in-person appointments with customers and prospects.
Sales Planning: Develop and implement a sales plan for the territory in collaboration with the company owner.
On-site Estimates: Diagnose issues, provide on-site estimates, and review the scope of work with customers.
Lead Generation: Actively pursue customer commitments on-site, review neighboring properties for additional leads, and convert inbound leads into sales.
Technology Utilization: Utilize CRM, operational tools, and other technologies to streamline internal and external processes, enhancing efficiency and customer experience.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with a mix of residential and commercial opportunities.
Certification Maintenance: Maintain arborist certification through ongoing education and training.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of industry sales experience
- College degree in a related field preferred
- ISA Certification
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
