Summary: We are seeking an experienced Corporate Marketing Manager to lead our B2B marketing efforts across Threshold and PromoShak. This role is pivotal in driving inbound leads that fuel our sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B marketing, lead generation, and content strategy. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan that includes content creation, managing the content calendar, executing email campaigns, and handling public relations. Your ultimate goal is to generate high-quality leads that will be managed by our sales team for all of our departments. This role will report directly to the CEO but could change reporting structure in the future.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality inbound leads for Threshold and PromoShak.
- Content Strategy: Oversee the creation, management, and execution of all content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media content.
- Content Calendar Management: Plan and manage a comprehensive content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content across all channels.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Public Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry influencers to enhance our brand presence and reputation.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimize future efforts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals, ensuring a seamless lead handoff process.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Reporting: Create and own the full reporting for all of Threshold and PromoShak’s marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing successful email marketing campaigns and content calendars.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in public relations and media relations is a plus.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems is highly desirable.
- Must be HubSpot Certified and/or have used HubSpot in a prior role
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on lead generations and content strategy. Experience in apartments, financial institutions, or promotional products a plus.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
