JOB DESCRIPTION
Driven and hard-working individual with experience in managing a robust lead funnel and sales pipeline through various client resource management tools in order to deliver detailed estimates, contracts and service agreements across a wide range of work types. Develop, manage and coach a team of field electricians with a consistent approach and focus aligned with company core values and goals.
JOB SUMMARY
-Manage all aspects of operations and financial success metrics for the Electrical Division.
-Recruit, train and manage a team of Electricians capable of scaling across a wide range of service types.
-Manage small to medium sized residential and light commercial projects, ensuring safety, code compliance, customer satisfaction and financial goals are exceeded.
-Manage service opportunities ensuring efficient dispatch, accurate and timely estimate delivery, close rate, average ticket, and client satisfaction goals are exceeded.
-Oversee the management of incoming leads and sales opportunities through accurate, timely tracking and reporting. Produce timely and detailed estimates for larger projects.
-Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and growth through business development and relationships.
GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
SAFETY
-Work with Management and Operations to ensure safety measures are understood, communicated and budgeted for all sales opportunities.
COMMUNICATION & REPORTING
-Develop an operational leadership strategy consistent with company vision, culture and financial goals.
-Manage a team of electricians, ensuring safety and code compliance are met.
-Communicate budgets and performance metrics to team members consistently and accurately.
-Understand and diagnose project variables including geography, scope of work, quality expectations, budget expectations, timeline and ancillary partnerships in order to ensure proper levels of client engagement.
-Work with Sales to ensure service levels are consistent with company expectations and create opportunities for future growth.
-Develop, cultivate and maintain key relationships with general contractors, business owners, realtors, and other trade partners critical in the continuation of the sales pipeline.
FINANCIAL & ACCOUNTING
-Consistently achieve and exceed financial budgets in accordance with company expectations.
-Provide monthly overviews reporting on key business metrics and individual performances.
-Conduct team meetings in conjunction with Sales to ensure successful opportunity overviews, labor and support needs as necessary.
-Participate in weekly Leadership meetings to understand and add input to company goals and initiatives.
CONTRACTS & BUDGETS
-Develop key estimating techniques to provide accurate and scalable estimating techniques.
-Develop and distribute detailed scopes of work, broken down by phase during to team members.
-Prepare and communicate estimates to include general conditions, inclusions, exclusions, and payment terms.
QUALIFICATIONS
-TDLR Master Electrician License
-5+ years Electrical experience
-3+ years Electrical Service experience

Base pay + Bonus
