PLEASE NOTE:
This position is for an experienced commercial facilities/construction manager with history of managing work orders and personnel for national customer accounts.
REQUIRED Experience Includes:

This is a salary plus bonus position, bonus schedule would put total compensation well into 6 figures for the successful candidate
Responsibilities:
· Analyze internal processes and identify areas of process enhancement for the Facilities Department
Manages day to day activities with the Facilities Maintenance team, ensures all tasks are current, team members have sufficient support and client requests are being handled promptly and professionally
· Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the President
· Dedication to building and growing a strong and stable workforce by creating positive culture within the facilities maintenance team
· Establishes, implements, and communicates the strategic direction of the organization’s Facilities Department.
· Collaborates with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on Facilities projects and systems
· Collaborates with other divisions and departments to carry out the organization’s goals and objectives.
· Identifies, recommends, and implements new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials
· Ensures that departmental decisions and project plans such as those for staffing, development, organization, material efficiency, hardware acquisitions, and facilities are in line with the organization’s business plan and vision
· Establishes, communicates, and implements Facilities Department related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution
· Reviews and approves cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for projects
· Establishes and administers the Facilities Department’s budget
· Presents periodic performance reports and metrics to the President and executive leadership team
· Maintains knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in facility maintenance
· Identifies training needs and ensures proper training is developed and provided
Performs other related duties as assigned
· Create and manage team schedules to ensure proper departmental coverage to support clients

Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant management experience
- Experience managing and processing work orders in a high volume environment, preferably in a construction/maintenance industry
- Familiarity with construction trades(plumbing, electrical, handyman, HVAC, etc.
- History of managing P&L, budgets and overhead
- Energetic, self starter with minimal need for oversight
- Ability to motivate and mentor staff
- Possess a customer first approach, focused on increasing account revenue
- Creative thinking, use of data driven information to increase efficiencies
- Team player with excellent collaborative skills
- Bachelors degree preferred, not required DOE
