We are seeking a full time and team-oriented Commercial Refrigeration HVAC Technician. Candidate should have 2-3 years of technical experience and be well-versed in Refrigeration background installing and maintaining both cooking equipment. Candidate should be able to communicate clearly, troubleshoot and solve facilities problems, and follow instructions of Facilities and Restaurant Managers.
Experience needed:
- Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment – both minor and major repairs
- Perform repair work on all restaurant refrigeration - self-contained & water-cooled
- Trouble shoot refrigeration systems running on an evaporative cooling tower or a closed loop
- Experienced in appliance repair – fryers, ranges, ovens, grills, hot wells, mixers, warmers
- Experienced with hand and power tools
- Mechanical ability to trouble shoot exhaust fans and dish machines
- Perform light electrical, lighting and plumbing repairs
Your additional role with us:
- Oversee and carry out the preventative kitchen equipment maintenance for our 3 venues
- Comfortable with snaking and unclogging drains
- Do tile work and grouting
- Perform light millwork; painting, patching walls, door and lock repair;
- Perform other general repair tasks as assigned by Chefs and Managers.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
