SUMMARY: Seeking dynamic Sales Manager to grow regional commercial sales. This highly polished and target-driven sales professional has the will and ability to quickly flip the regional market share, making direct impacts for growth. Must possess exemplary communication skills and rockstar follow-up, as well as demonstrated history of successful commercial market impacts. The Regional Commercial Sales Manager's efforts directly drive regional market share. Technical understanding of commercial water heating applications or some plumbing experience is ideal.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Increase sales and market share in the assigned region(s);
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities;
- Networking and engaging with new businesses and commercial accounts;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers;
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve targets and increase sales;
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers to maximize profitability;
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process;
- Represent company at various events, trade shows, conferences, etc.;
- Collaborate w/ internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction;
- Current on industry trends, competitors, and new product developments;
REQUIREMENTS
- Must reside in / near major travel hub (ideally, DFW or Houston);
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US, have valid DL & insurable MVR;
- Ideal candidates will have experience selling commercial plumbing equipment;
- Proven history of successful outside networking and sales experience;
- Demonstrated history of achieving key business targets and goals;
- Dynamic and outgoing engagement style and exceptional follow-through;
- Confident presence / delivery during business engagements or presentations;
- Ability to travel frequently via air or ground;
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously;
- Autonomous and self-driven performer who delivers results;
- Highly engaged and responsive communicator regardless of travel;
- Proficiency in MS Office, Netsuite, Sharepoint, social media & email
