Job Description:
The HVAC Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will also diagnose and resolve HVAC issues, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and professional service.
You will be focusing on the Southern Miami territory, including neighborhoods such as Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, South Miami, Kendall, Cutler Bay, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, and heat pumps.
- Perform routine maintenance on systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and recommend solutions.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and customer interactions.
- Communicate effectively with customers, explaining necessary repairs and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
- HVAC certification and EPA 608 certification not required, but both a plus.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
