Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a manager within our company. This person will report directly to the owners and essentially run the day-to-day operations. There will be an ability to qualify for our profit-sharing plan, essentially becoming a direct recipient of the success of the company.
In this role, you will do everything from quoting customers and responding to inquiries to cleaning pools and installing equipment. We are looking for someone with some prior experience in plumbing or pool equipment repair and installation. We (LUX) are willing to train this person but we are absolutely looking for someone with some type of base experience.
Responsibilities:
· FIRST AND FOREMOST - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
· Installation and repair of pool equipment as needed. New equipment sets and existing equipment repair and replacement.
· Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment needed for pool maintenance tasks.
· Manage a team of Pool Technicians.
Requirements:
· Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
· Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
· Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
· Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. This is an absolute must.
· Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
