Put your problem-solving skills to the test as you analyze business performance and implement data-driven strategies to increase revenue. By effectively training and guiding staff, you help obtain repeat business and generate referrals.
Motivated to increase revenue and secure more business, you set budgets and control expenses accordingly. You review and analyze financial documents to determine our financial status and identify strategies for increasing profits. GENERAL SALES MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
- Extensive experience in the home services industry with a proven ability to meet sales goals
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team and hold individuals accountable
- Ability to read and interpret financial documents
- Strong understanding of KPIs, how they drive business growth, and how to guide performance improvements
- Organizational abilities, multitasking skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software
Nexstar Network experience would be preferred but isn't required.
