We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Plumbing/Piping Estimator to join our team in Lakeway, TX. The ideal candidate will be proficient in budgeting and providing conceptual estimates for a diverse range of projects. While the primary focus will be on plumbing estimating, the candidate should also be capable of estimating mechanical projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing accurate and detailed cost estimates for projects ranging from $5 to $50 million, including hotels, semiconductors, hospitals, schools, data centers, and more.
- Assisting in design plans with a high level of accuracy.
- Utilizing a master plumbing license to ensure compliance and precision in all estimations.
- Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Plumbing/Piping Estimator with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in budgeting and conceptual estimating for various project types.
- Ability to estimate mechanical projects in addition to plumbing.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
