JOB OVERVIEW
- Prepare for required diagnostics as set forth by Dispatch.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose service issues, including leak location, drain clogs, water pressure, etc.
- Effectively build estimates and present solutions to customers to secure their commitment.
- Perform plumbing installation, maintenance and repair services for residential customers.
- Install / Repair water heaters, grinder pumps and panels, all types of fixtures, pipes, etc.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, conduct, and ethics.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years residential service plumbing experience.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting methods.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Outgoing, professional, clean cut and drug free.
- Must have clean driving record and pass background check.
- Must hold tradesman, journeyman, or master plumbing license by Texas State Board of Plumbing.
- Willing to train apprentices as needed.
- Principals only. No recruiters please.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
