Our Pilates studio and new mental health counseling business is seeking a creative and motivated Marketing and Social Media Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to both the fitness and mental health sectors, helping to promote our services and connect with clients.

Pilates Bodies Westlake and AIM Austin Mental Health & Wellness are dedicated to enhancing wellness through holistic approaches. Our Pilates studio offers a range of classes to improve physical health, while our counseling practice provides compassionate, integrative mental health care. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive and positive environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and post engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to promote our services and engage with our audience.
Content Creation: Develop visually appealing graphics, videos, and written content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
Campaign Coordination: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including special promotions, events, and seasonal offers.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance and website traffic, providing insights and recommendations to optimize our marketing strategies.
Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive online presence.
Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure marketing efforts align with our overall business goals and client needs.

Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience in marketing, social media management, or a related field is preferred.
Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in social media platforms, and basic graphic design skills (knowledge of tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
Creativity: Ability to generate fresh ideas and content that resonates with our target audience.
Organization: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge: Familiarity with marketing principles and social media best practices.
Passion: Enthusiasm for fitness, wellness, and mental health is a plus.

Hours and Compensation

Hours: Approximately 2-10 hours per week. Flexible scheduling options available.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
