We are looking for an Experienced Commercial HVAC Install Supervisor with strong technical skills and a keen focus on commercial client satisfaction.
Salary - $65,000-$70,200 / Quarterly Bonuses

As a Commercial HVAC Install Supervisor at Frank Gay Commercial Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and efficiency of our Commercial HVAC Install projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Bidding Jobs:
Prepare accurate and competitive bids for commercial HVAC Install projects.
Analyze project specifications, drawings, and requirements to develop cost estimates.
Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure all project aspects are covered in the bid.
Ensuring Profitability:
Monitor and manage Commercial HVAC Install project budgets to ensure profitability.
Track job costs and implement strategies to minimize expenses while maintaining quality.
Analyze financial performance of projects and report on profitability metrics.
Field Training:
Provide hands-on training and mentorship to Commercial HVAC Install Technicians.
Ensure team members are up to date with the latest HVAC industry standards, safety protocols, and best practices.
Assess and improve the skill levels of team members through continuous training and development programs.
Project Management:
Oversee the execution of Commercial HVAC Install projects from start to finish.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project completion.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project plans and safety regulations.
Quality Control:
Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure high standards of work.
Inspect and test HVAC systems and installations to verify quality and adherence to codes.
Safety Compliance:
Ensure all Commercial HVAC Installation work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct safety meetings and training sessions to promote a safe working environment.
What You Will Need to Bring:
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC Refrigeration Experience in the field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a lead or senior technician
- Leadership Mindset
- Strong HVAC/R commercial unit knowledge and experience providing field support, troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC/R systems over the phone.
- Experience Bidding commercial HVAC Installation jobs
- Service Titan knowledge a plus but not required
