Candidates should be comfortable managing large-scale student housing properties, especially in turnaround scenarios. Responsibilities and Duties

Oversee the day-to-day operations of a student housing property.
Manage a major renovation project for a student housing property.
Implement strategic plans to enhance property value and resident satisfaction.
Lead and develop a team, fostering a culture of customer service and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

3+ years of experience in student housing property management.
Prior experience handling distressed properties.
Experience working on new developments or overseeing major renovations.
Proven ability to manage a 600+ bed student housing property.
