We are a property management company and have a lot of random plumbing things always popping up. You must be able to do the following duties. If you can't do all of the things listed please do not reply. We don't want to waste your time if you aren't very experienced and we don't want you to waste ours if you don't know how to complete work like the things we have listed below...

Pay is negotiable and in line with experience. Position would be independent contractor and paid via check and receive a 1099 at year end.
Applicants should be within a 25 minute or so drive to the city, be able to respond to after hours calls and emergencies as needed (although this is rare). We do double the rate for any emergency work performed in the 10pm-5am timeframe. Though often emergencies are just stopped by shutting off the water and then we work on fixes the following day. We are guessing on a weekly basis we would have anywhere from 5-15 hours of billable time.
We don't really care if you're licensed or not. If you are great. If not we don't care as long as you actually know what you're doing. We have some really great people who are not licensed and they do a great job. While we would be able to offer someone licensed more money, we don't want to discourage anyone who doesn't have a license. Just please make sure you know what you're doing and you have the proper experience if you aren't licensed.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is in/ around the metro area, already working for themselves and looking for a bit more work. We also work with other property owners and management companies in the area so we never mind helping good people find more work through out connections if they need it.
If you're interested in this position please reach out via email. Send over a resume and just maybe a paragraph about yourself, what you're doing for work currently and why you think this position would be a good fit for you and we'll get back to you, thanks!
