Commercial Facilities Management Inc. has been in business for 35 years and has earned the reputation as a trustworthy partner by its customers. We are looking to hire an experienced project manager for our Operations in Oklahoma City, OK.
Professional requirements for potential candidates are listed below,
5 of last 7 years experience is the successful contract management and supervision of building mechanical operations and maintenance for buildings of the approximate size, complexity, and characteristics to be covered by this contract. This shall include multi-story, and multi-tenant buildings of 160,000 sq ft or greater, and multi-building campuses.
The Project Manager must show the experience and ability to schedule maintenance and repair of equipment and systems; and manage a crew of tradesmen including electricians, HVAC, Chief Mechanics, General Maintenance Workers, and the knowledge and experience to supervise the repair and operation of phased electrical systems, building automation systems, HVAC (boilers, chillers, air handling units etc..) in commercial buildings, fire protection and life safety systems and equipment, service request desk operations to include computerized maintenance management systems or similar.
*Responsible for implementing the Building Operating Plan, continually monitoring its effectiveness,
and recommending changes, as necessary, to ensure its efficiency.
*Prepare and conduct progress meetings
*Prepare and submit monthly progress reports
*Scheduling and management of subcontractors used for projects, repairs, PM's
*Perform and document quality control inspections
*Prepare, submit and track proposals for additional services at the request of GSA
*Communication liaison between the onsite staff and GSA
*Available for any after hours or weekend emergencies from a management standpoint.
*Make sure all contract requirements are being met.
*Verbal/written disciplinary actions of onsite staff.
*Issue POs and watch for unnecessary spending.
*Review PWS (contract) and Quality Control Plan to be familiarized with requirements and
processes. Be able to guide the onsite staff.
*Spanish and English speaking preferred
