Overview
We are seeking a qualified commercial and /or industrial HVAC Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be team oriented, and believes customer satisfaction is a top priority. A good working knowledge with boilers, chillers, RTU's, and split systems are a must. Experience in property maintenance, HVAC systems, and mechanical knowledge. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and showcase your technical expertise. Having controls experience is an added advantage.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment
- Read and interpret schematics for HVAC systems
- Conduct appliance repairs as needed
- Plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems
- Provide field service support for HVAC issues
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- Certification in HVAC or relevant field
- Strong understanding of air conditioning and heating systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Proficiency in property maintenance tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of plumbing related to HVAC systems

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
