Preferred Qualifications:
Extensive Knowledge: In-depth experience with residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including:
- Hydronic boilers and piping
- Ductless and ducted mini-splits
- Light commercial VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) systems and chillers
- Low voltage controls and wiring
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
- Proven experience in HVAC installation and repair with specific expertise in the systems listed above. (4-5 of years experience required ) (HVAC/R Certifcation Required)
Skills:
- Strong technical skills, a meticulous eye for detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member and pitch in as needed.
- Computer skills and use of electronic devices for daily reports and communication to staff.
Attitude:
- A positive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to various project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including refrigeration units.
- Utilize premium skills such as construction and plumbing for system installations.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues using schematics and technical knowledge.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal system performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Drive company van to various job sites for service calls and repairs.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
