We believe in the sales/service model and performance-based compensation. However, we are NOT a high-pressure sales company. Rather, we believe in ALWAYS doing the right thing for the customer—even if that means no sale for us. As such, we offer a very competitive base rate of pay (paid even during slow periods at 40 hours per week) along with very meaningful performance-based upside, as well as a very robust benefits package and other performance-based incentives. Additional considerations include new trucks that you can take home, gas cards, and no weekend or night work.

- Office and warehouse location: Needham, MA
- Service markets currently include Brookline, Newton, Needham, Wellesley, and Weston
Responsibilities:
- Provide the best customer service in the industry – always doing what's best for the homeowners. Our customer service process includes: listening to the concerns of the homeowner, genuinely wanting to help, diagnosing their HVAC issues, offering them multiple solutions to resolve those issues, and thoughtfully, without pressuring them, answering their questions and working with them to find the best solution
- Provide the highest quality work in the industry. After finding the best solution to solve the customer’s issues, installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems
- Inspecting HVAC systems and identifying issues or potential problems
- Performing routine maintenance on HVAC systems to prevent future issues
- Following blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate installation
- Acting as a role model for professionalism, dedication, and a commitment to building a positive, collaborative team environment
- For those looking for leadership opportunities (as examples, people looking to move from the field to manager roles, or looking to teach and train), supervisory and mentoring positions will present themselves to the right candidates with time.
Experience:
- EPA 608 Certification. If you're a Master HVAC Technician you will be given special consideration and potentially offered additional opportunities (to be discussed)
- Familiarity with the sales/service model is a plus (but not required)
- Familiarity with field service work and the ability to work independently. Note, if you're an installer and think you would like to do both service and installation work, please apply
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems (both old and new systems), heat pumps and mini-splits are a focus
- Ability to use hand tools effectively
- Valid driver's license for commercial driving purposes and a clean driving record
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan (or similar field management software) is a plus (but not required)

Pay: $75,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
