Overview:
We are a young and growing residential service plumbing and HVAC company seeking highly motivated, skilled, and experienced HVAC service technicians (and installers looking to move to service) to join our team.
If you're looking for a career, not just a job, to have direct access to the CEO, to have a major impact on the future of a company as it grows, and if you're motivated by great compensation and benefits and a great work environment, then we encourage you to apply. We need a skilled HVAC technician who prides himself / herself on great customer service and high quality work to join our team and help us build our business (www.callyellowdog.com)
We believe in ALWAYS doing the right thing for the customer—even if that means no sale for us. As such, we offer a very competitive base rate of pay (paid even during slow periods) along with very meaningful performance-based upside, as well as a very robust benefits package and other performance-based incentives. Additional considerations include new trucks that you can take home, gas cards, and no weekend or night work.
Our Company Values:
- We are dedicated to serving our employees and customers: Employee and customer needs are prioritized above all else
- Excellence in every detail: We believe that how we do the little things is how we do the big things – we strive for excellence in everything we do
- Every voice matters: We work to ensure that every customer and employee is respected, heard and that their feedback is used to make us better
- Be a little better every day: We believe in learning from mistakes, in striving to be a little better at everything we do every day, and that with time many small positive changes can add up to something big
- Growth with a purpose: We believe that profitable growth is good for everyone at our company, and we’re committed to sustainable growth and profitability by thinking big, planning long-term, and executing with precision
If this job description and our values resonate with you, then this is your chance to shape the future of our young company and share directly in its financial success. If you're looking for a CAREER, not just a job, to work at a place where your voice is heard and respected, where you will have direct access to the CEO, and where you're encouraged to do what's right for the customer every time (and being paid well to do so), then please reach out to us to learn more—our owner will always respond, he will keep the conversation strictly confidential, and he would love to talk to you about this opportunity.
