Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to diagnose and repair various HVAC equipment. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently as well as part of a team, ensuring that all installations and repairs meet industry standards and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, heating systems, and ventilation equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC systems to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Perform refrigerant recovery, welding, and fabrication of components as necessary.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for their HVAC requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs completed, and equipment serviced.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all installations and repairs.
- Assist in the design and layout of new HVAC systems for residential or commercial projects.
- Drive company van to various job sites while adhering to traffic laws and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
- Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, equipment repair techniques, refrigerant handling, welding practices, plumbing principles, and system design.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams related to HVAC installations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a company van safely.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC technology are preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
