Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the HVAC division, supervising complex construction projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, project scheduling, and construction estimating. The Senior Project Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and within budget delivery. The role requires a high level of organizational and communication skills to manage a diverse team of professionals and stakeholders.
Estimating:
- Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and other expenses.
- Bid Preparation: Develop and submit competitive bids for construction projects, ensuring all required documentation is included.
- Quantity Takeoffs: Perform quantity takeoffs from construction drawings and specifications.
- Subcontractor and Supplier Coordination: Solicit and review multiple bids from subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring the best value and quality.
Project Management:
- Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Contract Administration: Oversee contract administration, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Resource Management: Coordinate and manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, identify variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Quality and Safety:
- Quality Control: Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure that project standards and specifications are met.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company safety policies, promoting a safe work environment.
Client and Stakeholder Communication:
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with all project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Progress Reporting: Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to senior management.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project correspondence on servers and software’s.
Leadership and Team Development:
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Training and Development: Provide training and professional development opportunities for team members.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field certifications and licenses Equivalency of field experience to demonstrate the fundamental understanding of the trade
· Proficiency with takeoff & Estimating software’s (Quote Soft preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in estimating and project management within the construction industry.
· Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore).

Pay: $95,715.00 - $125,000.00 per year
