Key Responsibilities:
- Performs electrical and mechanical inspection and maintenance on equipment to ensure peak performance
- Perform preventative maintenance including but not limited to belt adjustments, oiling, greasing and cleaning of equipment
- Install and connect HVAC equipment, including ductwork, pipes, and electrical wiring
- Leverage preventive maintenance and system operations experience to accurately diagnose and advise on service requirements
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings (layout, location, operation of the systems)
- Responsible for reporting preventive maintenance inspections performed and corrective actions to be taken
- Suggest additional services that are beneficial to customer
- Submits required paperwork to Service Coordinator in a timely manner
- Ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 5+ years Commercial HVAC Field Experience
- Must have current HVAC certification and OSHA 10 Training
- Required State of Texas licensing or willingness to acquire
- Ability to work in diverse conditions including but not limited to mechanical equipment rooms with exposure to noisy operating equipment, exposure to extreme weather conditions, risk of electrical shock (high voltage), climbing/working at elevated heights, and capable of lifting items up to 50lbs.
- Familiar with Microsoft Products and computer skills
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Willing to work overtime as needed
- Pass national criminal background check
- Current driver’s license and clean driving record
- High School Diploma or GED
Additional qualifications that would be beneficial in this role include:
- HVAC Trade School Program/Certification
- EPA Certification

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
