As our team continues to grow we are looking for a positive, hard-working, Senior Commercial HVAC Technician to join us. In this role, you will repair, diagnose, & maintain commercial HVAC systems and perform high-quality and profitable work.

Job Function:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Diagnose issues with refrigeration and air conditioning units.
- Read and interpret schematics and HVAC designs to execute installations accurately.
- Work effectively with the Shafer Mechanical team to complete jobs to customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Must have 5+ years of Commercial/Industrial HVAC experience.
- Must be able to lift at least 70 lbs. and must be willing/able to climb ladders.
- Experience with chillers preferred.
- Experience with Building Controls Systems preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills
