Pay Rate: $17.00 to $22.00 an hour, depending on experience

Position Summary: The Installation Assistant works with an HVAC Installation Technician to complete residential and commercial HVAC replacements and new system start-ups.
Responsibilities:
- Arrive at the warehouse at the scheduled time to stock the truck with common materials needed
- Ensure the vehicle is clean and tools are in proper working order
- Arrive on the job site with personal tools (not supplied) at the scheduled time
- Ability to set equipment in place indoors and outside
- Installation of supply and return plenums, and if applicable, a drain pain
- Conduct proper installation of ductwork
- Maintain good working conditions for all company-provided assets and equipment
- Ensure job sites are left clean when complete
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Arrive and be ready to start work by 7:30 am
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
- Must be able to use HVAC industry tools
- HVAC or related industry experience preferred
- Must be able to follow easy-to-use procedures and have a good work ethic, great attitude, and great customer service
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
