Why This Role?
As a Project Manager, you're the captain of the ship. This isn’t just about managing timelines and budgets; it’s about leading projects that matter, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and stepping up to challenges with a smile.
What Will I Be Doing?
- Overseeing HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
- Planning and coordinating all aspects of the construction process, including working with contractors, engineers, and other construction specialists.
- Communicating directly with clients to understand their needs and maintain satisfaction throughout the project.
- Managing the project team, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring staff are motivated and productive.
- Identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables.

- Experience in project management, especially in HVAC or construction, would be fantastic.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive team performance.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
