Why This Role?
As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll be a key player in ensuring our projects run smoothly. This role goes beyond just assisting in managing timelines and budgets; it’s about contributing to projects that matter, supporting the team, and stepping up to challenges with enthusiasm.
What Will I Be Doing?
- Assisting in overseeing HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
- Supporting the planning and coordination of all aspects of the construction process, including collaborating with contractors, engineers, and other construction specialists.
- Communicating directly with clients to understand their needs and maintain satisfaction throughout the project.
- Assisting in managing the project team, helping to assign responsibilities, and ensuring staff are motivated and productive.
- Identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Assisting in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
