Sales and Marketing Analyst

Job Description: Real Estate Sales Development Specialist who supports new real estate transactions. This includes doing research on inbound leads, contacting them, and qualifying them to move them up the sales funnel. You will be the face of the company and pass on qualified leads to the sales manager who will convert them into new customers. We're looking for someone who is coachable, a team player, and has a resilient mindset.

Experience (required):
- 2-5 years of phone or call center experience (sales environment is preferred)
- Must have 2 years of sales experience (with a proven track record)(leads are provided)
- Strong working knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer/return/follow up phone calls and respond to all leads generated in our system
- Manage pipeline of prospects and follow up on leads promptly
- Build rapport with potential clients and help them overcome objections to get the deal signed
- Act as a lead contact for sellers
- Schedule and conduct appointments and negotiate a win/win solution for both parties
- Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially
- Use the CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed
- Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
- Attend business meetings and training as required
- Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

- Required to work some nights and some Saturdays
- This is an in-office position in North Lamar
- Limited travel as required
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $2,000-$2,500/Month Base + Commission on every closed deal + Bonuses (DOE)
