Marketing Manager
1. Build and maintain strategic relationships: Cultivate strong partnerships with OEM partners, fostering open communication and collaboration to support mutual goals and objectives.
2. Develop GTM and MDF strategies: Create and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) and Market Development Fund (MDF) strategies to facilitate successful product launches and drive optimal sell-through of Roku TVs at retail.
3. Provide retail support: Work closely with OEM partners to optimize product pages and effectively communicate the benefits of the Roku operating system to consumers shopping online and in-store.
4. Utilize customer and industry research: Collaborate with the data analytics team to analyze research and insights, leveraging Rindings to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
5. Safeguard brand consistency: Ensure consistency of the Roku/Roku TV/Partners brand /trademarks across all marketing touchpoints, including packaging, Rirmware, hardware, co-branding, and marketing materials.
6. Manage marketing materials: Oversee the development of Roku TV launch marketing materials, including print and digital collateral, to effectively represent the brand and drive consumer engagement.
7. Drive activations during key selling moments: Collaborate with marketing leads to develop and execute activations during key selling moments such as holidays and events like the Super Bowl, working closely with OEM partners to maximize impact.
8. Maintain and update database: Manage the database powering the Roku TV Finder search functionality on roku.com, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for consumers.
9. Be an expert on Roku TV and OS: Develop a deep understanding of Roku TV products and the Roku operating system, stay informed about features and benefits of Roku OS releases.
10. Ensure distribution of marketing materials: Work with OEM partners to ensure Roku OS marketing materials are distributed and implemented effectively to drive consumer awareness and engagement.
11. Tradeshow support: Own and manage communication with OEM partners for CES, coordinating OEM partners on placement in booths, signage, demos, and booth staff training to maximize impact and brand visibility.

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
