The Position:
The Regional Marketing Manager will be instrumental in developing and implementing innovative and creative marketing strategies that will strategically position our communities to stand apart from their competitors. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary marketing liaison, offering on-site training, lead generation strategies, marketing collateral, and web-based advertising ensuring the right marketing mix and approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each property across multiple channels, including paid search & social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, etc.), PPC, SEO, Reputation Mgt. Signage, in pursuit of overall audience growth to drive qualified traffic. This role is perfect for an innovative digital marketing professional looking to make a real impact in shaping our branding, marketing, and promotional strategies, and crafting innovative content, to achieve optimal results that support asset performance goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development and design curation of our community’s digital media curb appeal, such as community websites, virtual tours, renderings, floorplans, interactive site maps, and develop competitive messages for property websites.
- Create brand awareness and monitor reputation through social media content via Soci. Implement innovative marketing ideas and campaigns for prospects, resident referrals, PPC, signage, resident events, etc., to boost our social media presence and drive qualified traffic.
- Support the Marketing Director in maintaining standard operating policies and procedures.
- Act as the go-to centralized support for all Marketing Support / IT tickets for all requests.
- Drive and measure qualified leads for portfolio, evaluate advertising source’s cost per lead and cost per lease to ensure traffic generation, and negotiate ILS’s marketing contracts.
- Take the lead in data analytics, ensuring consistent reporting aligned with industry KPIs, performance metrics, and monitor PPC /ILS spending to align with community budgets.
- Travel to assist the staging for the photography and videography and to support our communities to increase occupancy, peer training, marketing deliverables, and more.
- Oversee the implementation of Lead Management CRM< PropTech systems, and ILS source integrations to include troubleshooting, training support, and marketing vendor contracts.
- Work with Regional Managers to Support and contribute to marketing budget and marketing proforma recommendations for each asset.
- Audit websites and internet listing services for search engine optimization and pricing accuracy.
- Create monthly marketing calendars and support the teams on execution.
- Proactively monitor stabilized community market surveys to drive revenue and market rates.
- Organize and manage the marketing assets library on Google Drive.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of multi-family property management or multi-family marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related certifications
- Proficient in PropTech, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Suite
- Knowledgeable in Social Media Advertising and Google SEO/ PPC / Google Analytics
- Familiarity with ResMan, Soci, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
- Exceptional SEO copy, brand tone, creative writing skills is a PLUS!
- A positive, energetic, enthusiastic, patient and ambitious attitude is essential.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Schedule:
- Full time
- Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
**Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand and to meet goals and objectives of the department.
