Director, Field Marketing is responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive field marketing strategies that align with organizational goals and drive business growth. This role involves collaborating with executive leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring accountability for achieving targeted results.
What you’ll be doing:
- Strategy Development and Execution: You will own the development and execution of field marketing strategies, ensuring they are informed by market insights, customer data, competitive analysis, and include experiential activations to engage customers.
- Collaboration with Leadership and Stakeholders: You will work closely with the executive leadership team to define and refine KPIs, provide strategic counsel and
thought leadership, and ensure alignment with business objectives. You will engage with key stakeholders to integrate field marketing initiatives with broader marketing and business strategies and partner with the marketing team to develop brand assets and digital marketing strategies that support local efforts.
- Performance Accountability and Analysis: You will be accountable for achieving field marketing results, continuously monitoring performance against KPIs, and implementing adjustments as necessary. You will develop programs to analyze performance and business data, identify best practices and learnings, and turn these into actionable plans.
- New Store Openings and Local Marketing: You will own the local marketing strategy for new store openings, incorporating social media to engage and grow the customer base. You will drive strategies to ensure consistent and positive same-store sales (SSS) growth and transaction growth.
- Team Leadership and Development: You will build and lead a high-performing field marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. You will also educate and elevate market and store-level operators to execute marketing initiatives effectively.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to various field locations and corporate meetings.
Travel:
- Travels 30% of the time to support field marketing initiatives and engage with regional teams.
Work Location:
- This role is performed in a hybrid capacity, combining remote work with regular travel to field locations and corporate offices.
