Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial settings and will have at least 2-3 years troubleshooting experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting regular maintenance of HVAC systems
- Installing new HVAC systems
- Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC units including electronic and mechanical components
- Providing excellent customer service
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and accurately
Requirements:
-At least 2-3 years of HVAC experience / troubleshooting (Preferred)
- Proven experience as a Commercial HVAC Technician
-Prefer CHILLER EXPERIENCE
-PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE
- Proficiency in equipment repair, HVAC/R systems, and mechanical knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret schematics
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations for HVAC systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team and to show up to work on time EVERYDAY!
- Certification or degree in HVAC technology is a plus
-EPA Certification
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in design and installation of HVAC systems
- Plumbing skills for connecting water lines to heating and cooling systems
- Mechanical aptitude for assembling components and performing repairs
- Welding skills for fabrication work on metal parts
- Knowledge of controls systems

Pay: $48,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
