**Bilingual is required** The Residential Field HVAC Production Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of HVAC installation projects for new residential construction projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of RNC HVAC Installation best practices, and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Responsible for recruiting and managing sub-contractors ongoing. Preference will be given to candidates that have active working relationships with sub-contracting crews that could be brought over to increase daily production.
:
1. Project Management :
Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of HVAC installation for residential new construction projects. Approve and manage subcontractor payments. Coordinate with project stakeholders, including builders, contractors, and clients, to ensure project requirements are met.
2. Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Field Supervisors and manage relationships with subcontractors. Conduct performance reviews and provide training to ensure team members meet company standards.
3. Quality Control:
Ensure that all installations comply with industry standards, codes, and regulations.Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.
4. Budget Management:
Create and monitor quality control measures to ensure labor, material, and equipment costs are in line with project budgets, with an emphasis on decreasing costs and increasing gross profit.
5. Safety Compliance:
Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all team members adhere to safety regulations. Conduct safety training and ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
6. Customer Relations:
Maintain strong relationships with builders and address any concerns or issues that arise. Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in HVAC preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation and managing subcontracting crews, with a focus on residential new construction projects.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) required
