HVAC Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction and HVAC systems, and will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of project management from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop and manage project budgets, including P&L analysis and cost reporting.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment needed for projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, including project team, clients, and upper management.
- Manage change orders, RFIs, and project documentation to maintain clear records and communication.
- Utilize project management software (e.g., PlanGrid, Bluebeam) to track progress and manage tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, preferably in HVAC.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, PMP certification preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
