Essential Duties and responsibilities of the Powersports Account Manager include the following – but not limited to these directives:
Servicing Responsibilities of the Powersports Account Manager
- Create revenue and superior customer satisfaction by marketing the Motorsports services and products to our existing clients
- Motivate and develop dealership personnel toward achieving objectives of clients
- Prospect/Develop new business as an ambassador of the Motorsports Division
- Manage, train, demonstrate best practices, and assist dealer personnel to facilitate maximum productivity
- Oversee/Execute well-prepared reviews (Quarterly/Reinsurance/Others) - address performance trends
- Cultivate relationships with our clients by being visible
- Represent our company in a professional manner
Marketing and Acquisitions Responsibilities of the Powersports Account Manager
- Solicit new account leads through networking
- Follow up on all referrals and leads in a timely manner – update the Pipeline daily
- Be proficient in Ristken and company technologies (sales presentations and user understanding)
- Provide assistance when soliciting a new account (BDA, fact finding, presentations, etc.)
- Market all products to existing accounts that are not currently utilizing all of our services and products
- Always look for opportunities to improve our engagement – (cross-selling, best practices, etc…)
Administration Responsibilities of the Powersports Account Manager
- Manage block of business budget set – look for growth opportunities
- Prepare and submit “Weekly Activity Reports” , “Action Sheets”, Action Items” – recap of all activities
- Manage the clients performance on a weekly basis (monitor, communicate, hold management accountable)
- Inspect monthly production reports for accuracy
- Insure all accounts are updated in the CRM
- Complete and submit expense reports thru Concur
- Increase company profitability through careful management of expenses
- IRS require itemized receipts for all business expenses
- Employees are expected to consider every available option when booking travel arrangements
- Insure the accuracy for every expense (manage expenses with the highest integrity)
- Refer to T&E Policy guidelines concerning all expense measures
Job Qualifications of the Powersports Account Manager
- Minimum Retail Experience: 2 years (preferably in the powersports industry)
- Powersports Finance and Insurance experience required
- Automotive/Powersports OEM experience a plus
- College Education of at least 2 years (Degree not required)
- Proficient with basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe)
- Must verify, document, demonstrate superior performance in the powersports space
- Metric Powersports experience a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
