Position Overview: We are actively seeking dynamic and skilled HVAC Technicians to become part of our team and act as representatives of Nandail Property Management. As a valued team member, you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional services to our clients and customers in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help clients on-site with HVAC issues
- Prepare cost estimates
- Understand and apply blueprints and technical diagrams
- Inspect electrical components including transformers and circuit breakers
- Use testing devices to identify and report electrical problems and repair or substitute damaged units
- Install safety and distribution components (e.g. switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels etc.)
- Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components
- Use hand and power tools
- Adhere to state and local building regulations
- Complete work orders on time and ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Create records of materials used
- Fully understanding local and federal regulations for safe electrical systems
- Communicate with other personnel to discuss project details.
- Provide feedback to improve product reliability and performance.
- Communicate technical information clearly and understandably.
- Ensure client satisfaction through timely and effective issue resolution.
- Follow safety rules on field visits and be aware of industry regulations to ensure everything is done correctly.
Requirements:
- Valid electrical license
- Own transportation and valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
- Proven experience in commercial electrical systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
- Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
- Excellent customer service and communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
