We are actively seeking a skilled and dedicated Residential Replacements Installer to join our team. As a Replacements Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our HVAC systems are installed and functioning optimally. This position requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer service.

Duties:

Remove and Replace Equipment: Safely and efficiently take out existing HVAC equipment and replace it with new units.
Pump Down and Start Up Systems: Conduct pump-down procedures for old systems and start up new systems to ensure they are operational.
Handle Refrigerant: Add, recover, and adjust refrigerant levels to meet system requirements.
Connect Line Sets: Properly connect line sets to ensure optimal system performance.
Check Pressures: Monitor and adjust system pressures to ensure efficient operation.
Install Components: Inspect and install flues, grilles, supply grilles, and condensate drains to ensure proper system function.

Requirements:

Experience in HVAC installation and replacement, including knowledge of refrigerant handling, system start-up, and connecting and adjusting line sets.
Ability to work safely in confined spaces (attics, basements, closets, crawl spaces) and at elevated heights (rooftops, ceilings, ladders).
Comfortable working in extreme hot and cold temperatures and inclement weather conditions.
Physical ability to bend, crawl, stoop, stretch, reach, walk on uneven surfaces, and safely lift up to 80 pounds.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with excellent mobility and the ability to handle sharp objects safely.
Familiarity with flue installation, grille placement, and condensate drain systems.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, along with punctuality and an excellent attendance record.
