SUMMARY:
Reporting to the VP, HR, the Recruiting Manager will be responsible for designing and executing the recruitment strategy for the attraction, assessment, selection, and onboarding of top talent for NuCO2. You will partner closely with leadership and HR Business Partners to drive business priorities and objectives. This will include project management, data and analytics preparation, presentation development, among other assigned activities. Successful candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving skills, and analytical capabilities. You must also demonstrate judgment and discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead NuCO2’s recruitment team responsible for full life-cycle onboarding and recruitment activity, acting as the primary point of contact for candidates and customers providing complete, accurate and inspiring information about the organization
- Develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy and methodology to include planning, sourcing, assessing, selecting, and onboarding of qualified talent to align with current and projected demands
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners, NuCO2 leadership and external partners (staffing agencies, etc.) to develop and execute recruitment initiatives
- Design innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent and manage critical recruitment partnerships and sourcing tools including Indeed, LinkedIn, social media platforms, universities, etc.
- Identify diverse talent pools and drive key diversity initiatives within the organization
- Demonstrate expertise as a super-user of applicant tracking system, administering all system access, maintaining current versions of documents, job descriptions, screening questions, communication templates, offer letters, etc.
- Create interview guides and other training documents and processes to foster consistency and compliance to maximize customer satisfaction
- Act as the subject matter expert for hiring managers guiding them on staffing issues, policies and processes
- Organize, lead, and document post-interview processes and feedback with interview teams and candidates
- Develop, track, and manage performance through a clear, frequently updated dashboard and KPI’s to drive business priorities, and conduct program effectiveness meetings with leadership team as needed
- Maintain current knowledge of recruiting trends, innovative recruitment tools, labor laws, and legislative initiatives to ensure compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation of applicants, searches, hiring manager interactions and other recruiting activities to ensure compliance with labor laws and the DOL, including applicant tracking for EEO purposes, Affirmative Action Planning and OFCCP audits
- Participate and/or lead other HR projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field
- 5 or more years’ experience in full life-cycle recruiting, sourcing, HR systems and administration
- Direct experience hiring drivers and technicians strongly preferred
- Applicant tracking system experience including candidate sourcing and management, report generation, and system optimization (UKG preferred)
- Experience in candidate sourcing and data mining through various applicant tracking systems, job boards, social media platforms, and career fairs
- Hands-on experience developing and executing diversity recruitment strategies
- Possess a broad understanding and knowledge of local and federal employment regulations regarding equal opportunity, fair pay, pre-employment testing, and other employment standards
- Excellent project management and presentation skills
- Data analytics experience to include reporting on current and future needs
- Microsoft Office experience, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
- HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) preferred
