Position Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven leader to drive business development, lead recruiting initiatives, and manage sales operations. This critical role will be instrumental in expanding our reach, attracting top talent, and achieving ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to fuel growth.
- Recruiting: Source, attract, and recruit financial advisors and other key talent to grow the Motiv8 Advisors network.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales and recruiting team.
- Client & Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and industry partners.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform business strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in business development, recruiting, and sales management (5+ years preferred).
- Experience in financial services or coaching industries is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
