Primary Responsibilities:
- Follow all company safety guidelines.
- Service, maintain, and repair a range of HVAC systems, including:

- Air-cooled and water-cooled chillers
- Variable speed drives for pumps and air handlers
- Commercial hot-water heating systems (gas and electric)
- Computer-controlled and digital temperature systems
- HVAC equipment up to 100 tons
- Direct expansion AC units up to 5 tons
- Low-voltage temperature-control systems
- Conduct basic maintenance on commercial HVAC systems, such as boilers, air-handling, and duct systems.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and three-phase electrical systems.
- Ability to travel for job assignments; occasional overnight stays may be required.
- Valid driver's license and adherence to company driving policies.
Education and Certifications:
- High school or trade school graduate or GED.
- Universal Refrigerant Card and Gas Fitters Card (Type I and Universal).
- Minimum of five years of commercial HVAC experience.
