Tiello has partnered with a leading Commercial HVAC Contractor who is looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to help us oversee our growing portfolio of projects in the Raleigh, NC area.
Title: HVAC/R Service Technician
Project Types: Commercial, Industrial, Warehouse, Hospitals, and Multi-Family
Responsibilities:
- Conducting maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various HVAC systems, including RTUs, splits, VAVs, FPBs, and Chillers.
- Providing timely and efficient solutions to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.
- Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks to prolong equipment lifespan.
- Utilizing technical expertise to diagnose and resolve complex HVAC issues.
- Collaborating with team members to coordinate and execute service projects effectively.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC service.
- Proficiency in servicing and repairing RTUs, splits, VAVs, FPBs, and Chillers.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Valid HVAC technician license or certification.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
