- Operational Management:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including onsite material deliveries to techs and installers, receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping.

- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Equipment and Facility Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Evaluate and recommend warehouse layout improvements to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.
