- Act as the main point of contact with customers, agents, suppliers, and distributors in the assigned region
- Meet with customers to review their evolving needs and assess the company’s overall relationship with them.
- Recommend service and product enhancement to improve the sales potential and customer satisfaction
- Promptly respond to customer requests.
- Ensure goals are met through biannual, performance review.
- Forecast company’s success and annual usage plans by analyzing trends, and results
- Develop field sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of regional sales programs
- Implement marketing strategies
- Prepare sales reports and submit as needed to senior management.
- Maintain technical and professional knowledge by reviewing publications, participating in professional societies, establishing personal networks, and in house training by internal engineering staff
- Plan for the achievement of individual and divisional targets in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company
- Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume and forecasting and developing sales quotas for the region
- Keep current with economic indicators, changing trends, supply and demand and competitors to maintain sales volume and product mix.
- Positively contribute to team effort through frequent communication
- Develop and implement new programs, sales initiatives, and strategies to capture key demographics
- Document customer interactions and maintain data related to activities, accounts, and partners
- Design solution/system selling programs and campaigns
- Maximize regional sales volume
- Organize training for new staff
- Develop and review long- and short-term sales strategies
- Participate in interviews and the processes of recruiting new employees
- Maximize growth potential within the region.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
