Job Overview:
Service Plumber
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial buildings. Your expertise in blueprint reading, schematics, and mechanical knowledge will be essential in ensuring the proper functioning of plumbing systems.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with local codes and regulations
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout and configuration of plumbing systems
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to plan plumbing system installations for new construction projects
- Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues or malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or replacements
- Troubleshoot plumbing problems using appropriate diagnostic tools and techniques
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Plumber or similar role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, fixtures, valves, and pumps
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for commercial driving purposes
- Experience in remodeling projects is a plus
- Welding experience is a plus
Skills:
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools relevant to plumbing work
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues accurately and provide effective solutions
- Strong attention to detail to ensure precise installation and repairs
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with clients

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
