Job Description: * Coordinate, troubleshoot, repair, inspect and replace plumbing equipment including, but not limited to, water piping, faucets, lavatories, toilets, flush valves, sinks, water heaters, drinking fountains, domestic water heaters and boilers, garbage disposals, backflow devices, valves and water meters.
- Complete bid project jobs for design-build projects.
- Effectively communicate both the diagnosis and solution with customer. Provide multiple options for repair depending on the needs & preferences of the customer.
- Perform plumbing repairs in an efficient and professional manner.
- Maintain company vehicle stock and tools.
- Complete appropriate forms and paperwork for each job.
