Job Title: Lead Install Plumber

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Competitive Pay: $30 to $45 per hour or more based on experience.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Install Plumber to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in all aspects and phases of plumbing high-end new residential homes and multi-family dwellings. They will be responsible for leading new construction installation crews on multiple projects with high-quality workmanship. Come work for an established central Indiana plumbing company, locally owned and operated for over 25 years.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee plumbing installation projects from start to finish

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment

- Interpret blueprints, building codes, and specifications to ensure compliance

- Collaborate with contractors, builders, and other trades professionals

- Provide guidance and training to junior plumbers and apprentices

- Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Install Plumber

- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and installation techniques

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Strong leadership and communication abilities

- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
