Lead HVAC Technician
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The HVAC Technician should possess strong mechanical knowledge and be proficient in various tasks related to HVAC systems.
Responsibilities:
- Install and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units and refrigeration systems
- Conduct regular maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
- Perform routine inspections of HVAC systems
- Collaborate with field service technicians to resolve complex issues
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment for HVAC repairs
- Work on property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems
- Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Proficiency in plumbing tasks related to HVAC installations
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for identifying system issues
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Certification in HVAC or relevant field is preferred

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
